Absence of Health Services
2.1. The information on the Platform is for reference only.
2.2. Consultations of specialists do not replace medical care.
2.3. In the event of a crisis, threat to life or the need for medical care, the user is obliged to contact emergency services or a medical institution.
3. Registration and use
3.1. To contact a specialist, it may be necessary to register or send contact details.
3.2. The User undertakes to provide reliable information.
3.3. It is prohibited to:
- post illegal or offensive content;
- use the Spam Platform;
- attempt to violate the security of the site.
4. Profiles of specialists
4.1. Information in the profiles of specialists is provided by them independently.
4.2. The platform can carry out moderation, but does not guarantee the absolute reliability of the information provided.
4.3. Responsibility for the content of the profile and the quality of the services provided is borne by the relevant specialist.
5. Fees:
5.1. The Platform does not accept payment for consultations.
5.2. All calculations are made directly between the user and the specialist.
5.3. The terms of payment, cancellation and return are determined by the selected specialist.
6. Limitations of liability
6.1. The Platform is not responsible for:
- content of consultations;
- actions or inaction of specialists;
- the results of the services rendered;
- disputes between the user and the specialist.
6.2. The Platform does not guarantee the achievement of any therapeutic result.
6.3. The Service is provided “as is”.
Personal details
7.1. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7.2. If the user transmits health-related information, such information is processed on the basis of the user’s explicit consent.
Termination of access
The Platform has the right to restrict access to the site in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement.
9. Governing Law
The law of the country of registration of the owner of the Platform shall apply to this Agreement, taking into account the mandatory provisions of the legislation on the protection of consumer rights and personal data.
